Payments must be made at the point of purchase through the payment options available on our website.
Prices may change without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK. Please contact directly for international shipping costs
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Sugar Venom is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for any customs/import duties for international orders.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

We may accept returns only if:

A return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

Ingredients are listed on each product. For a full list of ingredients, CPSRs and Allergen information, please contact us directly.

We are registered on the UKCPNP.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check for potential allergens.
Sugar Venom is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Patch testing is recommended before full application.

Refund and Complaints Procedure

We hope you’ll never need to, but here at Sugar Venom we’re obsessed with quality and confidence - and that extends to our service. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll sort it. Here’s how:

If you have a concern or complaint , please reach out so we can help make things right.

Please include your full name, order number (if relevant), a short description of what’s happened and any photos if you think they will help. We will acknowledge your message within 5 working days.

Step 2: Investigation and resolution

During this stage we will review your order and details, contact you if we need more info and offer a fair solution within 10 working days. Once reviewed we will send you a final written response and confirm any agreed action. We aim to close every case with fairness, respect and good vibes only.

This process does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK laws

At Sugar Venom, we create high-quality perfumes designed to empower, inspire and smell incredible. Every bottle is blended with care in the UK and tested for quality and consistency. Please take a moment to read our safety guidance below.

For External Use Only

Sugar Venom perfumes are for skin, not sipping. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and wash the area with water. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on children less than 2 months or on open wounds.

Flammability Warning

Our fragrances contain alcohol and are highly flammable. Keep away from open flames, sparks and heat sources. Do not smoke while applying perfume (yes, really). Store your perfume somewhere cool, dark and dry between 15-30 degrees celsius— away from direct sunlight or hot surfaces.

Patch Test & Sensitivity

As with any cosmetic product, skin types vary. Perform a patch test before first use: Apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours. If irritation or redness occurs, please avoid continued use.

Shelf Life & Storage

Your Sugar Venom perfume is best used within 24 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, to preserve the

scent and colour.
